Delivery & Return
All products will be shipped from our store in New Haven, Indiana. Delivery will be by UPS ground or freight based on item size.
With the current volatility of the shipping industry, we are not able to offer free delivery. We will offer a reduced delivery fee, based on the size of the purchased item. Delivery fees will be calculated at the time of checkout.
We personally handle each and every item to ship it directly to you. We are not a mass warehouse or distributor – therefore we ensure your item leaves our store in original packaging and un-damaged.
Any delivery dates are estimated. Once your item leaves our store – we have no control over it’s arrival date and the shipping practices of our carrier. Should any delays affect your order, please use the tracking information we will provide to you and open a case with the shipping agent.
Orders placed after 3pm EST. will be shipped the next business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed and shipped the next regular business day.
Items requiring freight shipping will require at least one (1) additional business day from the day of ordering to coordinate a freight pickup.
We will not ship to PO boxes. All delivers must be made to physical addresses.
All returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of date of order. Any request for returns after thirty (30) days will not be honored.
Warranty issues will be handled by the manufacturer. Your item has the information to initiate a warranty claim included in it’s package.
Defective items will require pictures of item, a detailed description of the defect and may require direct replacement from the manufacture. Please call us if you have a product defect and we can help you with this process. 260-632-9019.
Gasoline items that are to be returned must be fully drained (lines, filters, tanks) and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
