Our Most Common Inquiries

We offer a complete line of Husqvarna equipment including Zero-Turn mowers, garden tractors, our premiere auto-mower (robotic mower) as well as leaf blowers, grass trimmers and more.  We also offer limited in-store products from these manufacturers:

All online orders that require shipping will be shipped via UPS ground services. Larger orders requiring freight handling will be delivered via UPS freight services. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and will be including during the checkout process.

Orders must ship to the same address as your billing address.

We do our very best to keep our prices at the lowest we can.   We do not offer free shipping at this time. We calculate the best shipping rate with UPS through our systems.  UPS has  proven to provide the best shipping rates around the US for our products.

If you live close enough to our physical location and wish to pick up your order – you can choose Local pickup as an option.  If you are not given that option, give us a call – our system may not have your zip code stored and we can easily adjust that for you.

My order arrived and the packaging was damaged.

We confirm that when all orders leave our building that all packaging is in new condition with no damage.  If your order arrives and the packaging is showing damage, notify the carrier and provide them the shipping tracking information.  Give our store a call at 260-632-9019 and let us know that the packaging was damaged.

 

Parts were missing when I opened up my order.

If any parts were missing at the time you open your order, the instruction documents with your product contain manufacturer contact information to obtain replacement parts.  We also highly recommend that once you receive your order and assemble it (if required) that you follow any warranty registration requirements so that you can receive further assistance or warranty replacements should you need that service in the future.
